Question for an eye doctor about Cateract Surgery

I am applying for a job that requires a medical exam and they will look at both eyes. It states on a medical history questionnaire form that having a history of cateracts or lens implant may be disqualifying. I had cateract surgery 2 years ago with no complications and do not want them to find out I had this procedure done as it could jeopardise my prospects.

If they have someone examine my eyes, can they tell if my lens is real or implanted?
