Me and my girlfriend had a sexual intercourse. We had some for play before i wear a condom. When i tried to put it on i tried to put accidentally the other way round(upside down). Some cum, or pre-cum touched it. When i realized my mistake i wared the condom the right way, so the pre-cum or come/was "exposed". Me girlfriend cycle had started at 5th of May and it lasts about 30-34 days. Some times little longer. The sexual intercourse append at 29th of May. We are not ready for a baby, therefor this pregnancy wold be unfortunately unwanted. So my question is, what is the chance of my girlfriend of being pregnant? I am very worried and scared, so please your answer/advice would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. The chances of your girlfrind becoming pregnant are minimal as you had sexual intercourse during the “safe” period.

The safe period is the period when the chances of having a pregnancy are very less as the ovulation doesn’t occur during this period.

The ovulation usually occurs between 10-14 days after the periods. Hence, you should not worry on that part.

However, I’ll suggest your girlfriend doing a urine for pregnancy test, in case she misses her next periods.

You should consult an obstetrician, in case it is positive. However, the chances of it coming out as positive seem quite bleak.

I must admit it is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.

For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
