I'm not too sure what's going on. I have this small scrape below my temple (not sure how I got it because its right under where I wear my glasses). There hasn't been any blood whatsoever and its really just pinkish, as if a small layer of skin was peeled off. For some reason pus keeps excreting from it.

It does dry and stops pus from coming out but since I wear glasses (my eyesight is very bad without it and I dont have contacts), it tends to move around a lot and prevents the pus from drying.

What is this 'scrape' and how do I treat it?

hello and welcome,
sounds like you have an infection in your scrape it could be a hair follicle has been pulled the wrong way by the leg of your glasses..I would advise keep it clean as possible but even acne requires medication at times.
Get it checked out by your doctor and see if there is anyway you can keep your glasses leg away from the area by using a small peice of guaze to prevent irritation on the wound.
Hope this helps you in some way but it may require an antibiotic cream to root treat the problem.
