When Semen Analysis was done as part of treating Infertility, the count came out to be 41 million. However, there are few factors as motility that would be tested further. Presence of PUS cells was found to be 1-2%. What could be the reason? What would be its effects? What can be done to cure? Kindly advise.

Sperm anlasis .
I went for sperm analisis .the count is 38millon .and I also found some puscells insemem analsis.
