Q: purple dot on buttcheek

i have this purple spot that is protruding from below my left butt cheek.it doesn't necessarily hurt but it does have a distinct feeling when sitting down or touching it.i do play alot of video games so i often sit for a long time without getting up.does anyone have any info on what this is?
