I popped a black head on my face and pulled out a tiny piece of paper, A single piece of glitter, some fuzz, then a very tough tiny worm. What could this possibly be?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the cause for the symptoms that you describe without examining you. If the symptoms have been persistent, you should consider getting examination and further evaluation done by your doctor/dermatologist to look for the underlying cause. Avoid further self manipulation. The possibility of infection/infestation by pubic lice or scabies infection cannot be ruled out completely. Do not delay in visiting your doctor/dermatologist for thorough examination and evaluation. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and investigations results) would be started to help you control the symptoms. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/dermatologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
