I wanted to know if I might have pulled a muscle in my abdomen? I am 11 weeks pregnant and during the first nine weeks had sever allergies but didn't want to take medication. I sneezed a lot during those nine weeks and in my 9th week i felt a lateral pulling sensation on the left side of my belly button. In my 10th week i had heavy bleeding and had a sono, baby was ok with a strong heart beat of 180. I was told I may have a small tear in my uterus. Could the pulled muscle sensation in my abdomen be the tear and caused the bleeding I experienced? And more importantly is baby in danger if I do have tear?
