Hi, I am a 19 year old male and workout regularly. Recently I have working out more and have gotten this pain right below the end of my abs (where the area just before the penis starts). I can still run and do ab workouts but I sometimes feel a pain when trying to pull something or when flexing my abs. I have been afraid to do anything heavy. So, did i just pull it? what do i do to heal it etc etc? Please help me i rarely get hurt so Im not used to this. Thanks.

Do you feel some lumps in the inguinal areas? Do you have difficulties when peeing or ejaculating?
