Im 22 195lbs...athete...sometimes my nipples look small/normal and sometimes they look puffy/fat...i asked my doctor about it a few years ago and he said it was probably just puberty but it still hasnt gone away...i still get made fun of for it and it makes me insecure...i dont know if its gynecostia or whatever its called because I dont have actual man boobs...just nipples that stick out....does anyone know anything of this and can help me out?
