hi, im 17 and currently studying A levels and for the past few years i have been suffering from a phobia of public speaking which is slightly odd. I come accross as a very confident person and answer questions in classes all the time but if i am asked to read out my answer or a question i immediatly start having a panic attack. I have done some research and i dont think i can get medication because im only 17 and i dont want to involve my parents. I wouldnt be able access to start a therapy course such as CBT or REBT because i would not be able to be mobile as i cannot drive and live in a rural village with no bus route.

I was woudnering whether anyone could give me any advice because im stuck and its become an eversome important issue i need to resolve.

thanks so much Will.
