Pubic hair bumps

I don't know of anything gentle enough to use in that area except maybe aloe vera.

Try nixoderm mixed with a bit of petroleum jelly. I use it on my cheeks to quickly remove bumps.

One more thing....
Never use razors for such sensitive skin because razors scrape the skin. Carefully use a machine or tiny pair of scissors.
