Q: puberty started yet?

im 11 and i havent started puberty yet but i dont know if im starting my penis is 3.2 inches whilst erect and i pften ejaculate does that mean im starting also ive got alot of blonde hair all around my pubic area

If you are experiencing these things, then of course you are experiencing the first stages of puberty. Don't worry about it. It is normal to have hair on the pubic area at this time as well.
