Q: psoriasis redness go away

I have psoriasis on my arms and on the back of my ears i would like to make it less red so it's more difficult to se that i have psoriasis but i cant seem to find thing that makes my red areas less red

I am living in Denmark so i cant always buy the same creams as in usa or mabye germany så what i do use ?

I no i can't get my psoriasis to go away 100% but i only wants it not to be noticeable that i have psoriasis on my arms,head
