Q: psoriasis in ear

Hi everyone,
I have had problems with my ears since the pregnancy of my son 8 years ago, it is mostly sorted out now after a tybanoplasy (a new eardrum) a few months back. I still have problems with psoriasis in the one ear though. Does anybody have any advice on what i can do to help it? I don't have psoriasis anywhere else...only in the outer ear canal.
