Q: PSA increase

Hello doctor,
In 2006 my father urine passage blocks.We went for PSA it was 167ng/ml.Then he undergone a Surgery where doctor has removed his testis.Suddenly we have seen a recovery in PSA and it Drop down to 0.1ng/ml.After that we gone for a Bone scan where everything found was normal.
But the problem is PSA increases Regularly(Doctor advised us for PSA test after every 3 months.)In between he has some pain in the leg joint.Doctor has given some injection.Now when we go for PSA Test it suddenly increases from 1.48 to 12 .
I am very concerned about it.Can u please advise me
1 what to do now ?
2 is it that Those injection given by the doctor whose was taking care of his joint pain has helped in increasing the PSA.

Please help me in this regards

There is some important information missing in your question. For example, has your father already been diagnosed with prostate cancer? If so, did he have his prostate gland removed, or did he have his testicles removed? If he did indeed have his testicles removed for prostate cancer, then it is most likely that this was done due to advanced, incurable prostate cancer. If so, then his rising PSA level is likely to indicate that his prostate cancer if continuing to spread and grow (an injection into a joint should not cause the PSA to rise).

Yes He undergone 2 operations..In first operation Doctor remove the Glands and in second operation He remove the testicles..
Please tell me is there any way so that i can stop growing this Cancer..I mean a way to cure it..Please help me
