Q: Protein shakes

i have been drinking protein a few times now. well since this is a health forum, i would want to ask u people whats the best way to make protein shake? cuz everytime i drink it, i feel like puking, but i tend to ignore the puking sensation. give me tips will you? =D

I personally don't think protein shakes work. Are you trying to build muscle or gain weight?

For about one serving try this:

In your blender:
1/2 cup of low fat/non fat milk
three or four tablespoons nonfat yogurt, plain
about 1/4 cup of pineapple chunks
One small banana
(or whatever kind of fruit you like. Personally I like the tropicalfrozen fruit)
three or four ice cubes
Protien powder

Just blend them up til smooth. You get your daily fruit and some extra protein.
