For about one serving try this:
In your blender:
1/2 cup of low fat/non fat milk
three or four tablespoons nonfat yogurt, plain
about 1/4 cup of pineapple chunks
One small banana
(or whatever kind of fruit you like. Personally I like the tropicalfrozen fruit)
three or four ice cubes
Protien powder
Just blend them up til smooth. You get your daily fruit and some extra protein.
