I am pregnat with my 4th child @ 37 yrs old. It has been 13 yrs since last pregnancy. I had pre-eclampsia with all 3 pregnancies as did my mom and sister with all of theirs. I have been trying to be cautious this time. my BP goes up when I am up and stays down when I rest. My Dr is very new and is concerned with my weight I gained I started out overweight but gain about 2-3 per every 3 weeks suddenly had a leap of 7lbs.She wanted me to start walking more. SO, I tried but last weekend I developed pitting edema that would not go down in 2 days..feet and face. feet were burning and tingling and going numb. bp was 150/80 so went in to get a urine done, trace amounts. now my 24 hour urine came back. Listed are previous levels and current. am I borderline??? should I be walking or resting?
