3 weeks ago I went to see a urologist about burning while I was urinating and a white clear sticky discharge. I am 20 years old. He did a urine sample, and said there was no signs of bacteria. He diagnosed me with prostatitis after a rectal examination. He prescribed ciproflaxin for 1 month twice a day. I am now at week 3 on the antibiotics. I don't have any burning while I am urinating any more, but still get a clear sticky discharge every once an a while. Is this normal for this to still be happening after 3 weeks on the pills? Should I be worried about this?

I would wait until all the pills had been taken before worrying. Give them time to work, then if the problem persists, you should call your doctor.
