I'm 18 years old
Been masterbating since 14 years of age.

One day i was masterbating and soon went to sleep afterwards.
woke up in the morning and see some redness around the rim of my glans.
i used coa coa butter cream as lube but i think i didn't use enough lube thus causing me to be a bit to rough.

I went to a doctor to ask about pain in my pubic area and she said i had prostatitis.
What i basically want to know is prostatitis the cause of a loss of sensitivity in the glans of my penis. or did i do damage to the sensory nerves. (I'm Circumcised)

is it permanent?

The only symptoms i'm having now is:

loss of penile sensitivity
Sometimes pain in testicles
mild pain in pubic area.

burning,weak urine streams,Weak erections.
These symptoms i no longer experience.
(although my erections are coming back a Little bit.)

Please help.
Thanks.
