prostate surgery the nerves were spared but...

Had a radical prostectomy (sp?) in 2004, I was told that the nerves were spared but I haven't been able to have an erection since the surgery. I currently use the "triple mix" injections but I it makes my penis sore and numb. I am also experiencing significant shrinkage. I am considering the vacuum thing but am really getting tired of the injections.
Is there anyone out there that has been through the prostate surgery and has found something that really works? I've tried the Viagra and Cialis with no success.
