I've been having this pressure between my legs right behind my scrotum. It isn't painful, but I do notice that when I ejaculate, the semin "oozes" out instead of coming out with pressure like normal. I can feel the pressure, like I said, between my legs right behind my scrotum. Also, when moving bowels I can feel something moving through my urethra and there appears to be a fair amount of seminal fluid in my urine. Also, I've noticed on occasion that I will sometimes pass something that resembles a little squishy ball of silicon. I can only assume it's semen that has possibly "dried" inside my urethra somehow - probably due to the pressure I'm feeling.

I've been seeing a urologist for this for a few months. At first I was on Cipro because the doc thought it could be an infection. Didn't help. After, the doc performed a cystoscopy. Nothing was found, but what is weird is that for maybe 5 days after the procedure, everything was fine. No pressure, my ejaculation was back to normal and all was well. After the 5 days though, the problem returned.

Today I had an ultrasound and the doc said everything looked normal. I'm very concerned because, although he is a doc, I know my body and I know this isn't right.

Can someone please help me out with this?

Thank you.
