I m still using Propecia after 6 years and I have about 30% increase hair volume.
30% may not sound a lot for others.
As for me I consider Is Very good.
Before treatment my friends and family would remind me for my hair loss problem ( OUt of concern)each time we met.
After 3 months on PRopecia my family started to say hey you have much more hair now, Now after 6 years I don hear people asking me for my hairloss problem any more And the area of lesser hair is cover with more hair now : )
Now as long as the hair volume not decline is a gain to me
