I am 34, and My periods have, of late, been prolonged- i take about 10 days. the last few days are light, with like old blood, though sometimes with what looks like fresh blood. And I have also notice the bad smell that I have- It bothers me a lot.
I also get a lot of creamy discharge on normal days. I have not had sex for months, but have an IUD inserted (4 yrs now).
I had a smear and results are ok. I have to bath twice a day. I am uncomfortable. Is there anything wrong? I have no pain and nothing unusual except for the above. Pls pls help!! Shocked

Sometimes women get small yeast infections during their periods and they can sometimes go away on their own.

Brown discharge after a period for a few days is pretty normal too.

If the yeast infection is still there after a while you should get a pill to get rid of it good luck Jenny
