Hysterectomy Answer A4447
Current medical status: Brown Discharge, and spotting as of the past few days.. it was very light, now it is red
Current medical treatment: na

It is abnormal to have no menstruations in 4 years at your age (31) and to have spotting. Lack of menstruations could be due to a disturbance in the axis hypothalamus-pituitary-ovaries (hypogonadism). According to your weight you might have PCOS but that has to be confirmed by a professional (gynecologist).

Spotting could be part of that endocrine disorder but it can also be due to an organic lesion of the genitals (infection, tumor, etc.).

You SHOULD consult a gynecologist about your problem.
