Hi, I was on holiday on the Greek Islands for a good 10 days when I have been exposed to strong sunlight. Towards the end of the trip, I started feeling drowsy and dizzy throughout the day everyday despite having sufficient sleep. It has been several days since I returned and I am still having the same feelings especially in the morning and late afternoon after.

Some colleagues of mine said my body has been overheated by the sun, but does sun exposure related illness last this long? If anyone have similar experience or know what's wrong with me, pls let me know how I can cure it as it's seriously affecting my concentration.
