Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The persistent bleeding could be due to hormonal imbalance due to your continuous pill use. Continue to take the current pack of pills as usual. Wait for your periods during the placebo week.
If you do not get your normal periods at that time, then consult your gynecologist about your bleeding before you start on next pack.
Once everything is found to be normal, you can start on your next pack as advised by your gynecologist.
Take care.
