Can someone please help me!

I am only 23 years old and have been so ill for the last 3+ years.
I have had many complications but now my biggest problem is my bowel.
I have been diagnosed with the muscles in the rectum no longer working therefore not emptying the bowel sufficently. As well as this I have a prolapse-the rectum has broken the wall of the vagina.

I am now waiting to see a surgeon to discuss my options however I am told that surgery won't just fix the problem. Help but not fix.
The specialist has no idea how this problem has happened as I haven't had any children or had any trauma to the area. I had surgery 2 years ago to remove an ovarian cyst and endometriosis. I had a second surgery 6 months later to again remove endo-which they didn't find. Big story but anyways.

Is there anyone else who has experienced this problem? It is ruining my life. I can't hardly do anything and I have no idea what to do anymore. I have so much pain and discomfort on a daily basis. I am exhausted all the time as well.

Please anyone???
