Hi Everyone.....Well this is my first month on clomid days 5-7 and my day 21 proesterone blood test have come back at 0.712 ng/ml. My cycles were very regular 26 days up until last october when I got married and started having regular Bd(well actually I had bot bd's for 2 years!!) So now this shock to my system has caused af to go bananas!! No af for 42 days then heavy bleeding for 25days very erratic the last few months. The doctor put me on cyclo-prognova and said I had a small cyst on my right ovary. The cyst disappeared and then my af arrived after 34days and lasted the normal 5 days. But 20 days later af arrived and very light for 3 days!!. I started the clomid 50mg day 5-7 and had ll the usual symptons. Hot flushes, mild headache, blurred vision, cramps, nausea, dizzy spells. We bd every day and I thought i felt ovulation crapms around day 13 but think maybe that was too early? The cramps continued up till day 20 and day 21 I had my blood test. The results were 0.712. I take it from this result I did not ovulate? I am in a foreign country in the middle east and its hard to keep my appointments due to work commitments etc. I have no children and a history of 4 miscarriages. I have been reading this forum and I have basically bought the clomid over the counter here and i have not had a follow up appointment. Can anyone advise about my result and should I up my clomid dose to 100mg? I do have a chance this weekend to go to the doctor but I am worried i have now left it too long to conceive as I am 44 years old and my husband is 43 and I think I am just afraid to here the bad news. I did have day 3 bloods taken 3 months ago and the doctor said everything was ok and I was not in peri menopause.
