Hello I'm after some advise I'm sorry it's a bit long.!

Well I had a period 7weeks ago and 3weeks ago had 8 positive tests.
I had some bleeding when I wiped 2weeks ago and also had dull lower back ache.
My first hcg level was 70 then 395 then 635 but my progesterone level was done at the same time I had my hcg of 635 but was only 28.5
The doctor said this isn't a good sign and could possibly misscarry, but the hospital rang and said it doesn't mean that.
I'm so confused please help I never has this trouble in my last 2 pregnancies

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Since the urine pregnancy test kits rarely show false positive results, if these have shown positive results, it likely that you are pregnant. If pregnancy has been confirmed, an ultrasound scan done will help to know the gestational age and viability, and serial HCG levels showing doubling up of the hormone levels in 48-72 hours will show that pregnancy is going on smoothly. Consider getting serial HCG levels done along with repeating the ultrasound scan. If levels are not adequate, then external hormonal supplements would be considered to be started to help you in preventing miscarriage. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet. Look out for danger signs like increase in intensity of abdominal cramps, increasing back pain, fresh bleeding etc. Avoid lifting any heavy weights and avoid heavy work. Avoid standing for long durations and avoid climbing stairs. Avoid use of caffeinated and carbonated beverages.
Take care.
