There are a few products out there for us women that claim to enhance our big "O" or help us actually achieve the big "O". I am talking about herbal products. Not actual prescribed products. Now, I want to know if they actually work or if it is all hype. I am not interested in trying them, I just want to know if they really work the way the companies claim.

If I have to choose one thing that will improve orgasms my vote will go to LUBE. You do not know what you are missing until you get a good quality lubricant. It does not matter if you think you get wet enough or not. A good lube does absolute wonders!

Also, most women cannot achieve orgasm through vaginal intercourse alone. They need clitoral stimulation.

As for the herbal remedies, they usually aren't tested and don't have to be approved by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. They also don't usually know if they interact with medical conditions or medications.

If you have tried many things and are still having trouble achieving orgasm, you should see your doctor. Some medications can make it difficult to achieve orgasm (even birth control pills). Make sure it isn't an underlying issue. I would also say to talk to your doctor before you expose your body to some unknown, untested substance.

Lol. Please reread my post. I already know that the herbal "remedies" are NOT FDA approved. And I have NO problems achieving orgasms. I was just curious to see if anyone actually uses or used these products and if they actually worked for them.
