Problems with rectal bleeding and emptying bowels?

Hello,

I have been having bowel issues for almost a decade now unfortunately, and as of September of last year I had an Internal Hemorrhoid Surgery(Hemorrhoidectomy) actually! Almost a year later I am still bleeding when I use the bathroom to evacuate my stool. I am also having a bowel movement every other day, and when I do have a bowel movement. I end up going back and fourth to the bathroom at least 3-4 times in one day trying to evacuate/excrete the rest of my stool/fecal matter actually! I also have BOS(Bowel Obsessive Syndrome) I think, and I think that has contributed to a lot of my bowel problems over the years. Always feeling the need to excrete every single piece of stool out, if you get my drift! Also, once I am finally done using the bathroom in a day after 3-4 times of being on the toilet, I am so exhausted. That I eventually have to take a nap afterward actually! Does anybody know at ll what is wrong with me, because all these symptoms are about to drive me up the wall honestly!

P. S. I have been to 3 doctors, one a specialist and none of them can tell me what is wrong with me? I also have ordered and spent so much money on natural herbal remedies, and none of them seem to be helping me(Unfortunately!) Last, but not least I have also increased my fiber intake a lot in recent months by taking Fiber Choice Supplements and all they seem to do is give me a lot of gas.
