Q: Problems with my account

My username on this profile has been used for other things online, so I realized that I don't want my private information showing up with this username I use so much.

I changed the email for this account to a different email and I made a new account. For my new account, I used the email that I had used for my first account before I changed it. I hope that's not confusing.

Anyways, when ever I use my new account, it shows up on my old msminnamouse account.

And, I forgot the password for my new account and I had a new password sent to my email but I never got the email and so I can't reset it and sign into that account.

I never blocked ehealth in my email or marked it as spam but I haven't been getting any emails, even though I know I've had replies. I checked my filters but, as I suspected, I didn't have ehealth as blocked.

Any help would be appreciated.

No problem. Just PM me 3 alternate usernames for your original account (msminnamouse) and we'll make sure that msminnamouse no longer exists, but that you can still manage that account.

Does that make sense?
