Ok, last night, I masturbated before getting into the shower, I normally do this... Well, this time, I used more speed in hand movements, well, I finished, got in the shower, and went on about my life, although, i "leaked" for quite a long time. When I got into bed, then, i felt my penis, it was very short and kind of hard, kind of retracted i guess...I was worried, so I ended up having an anxiety attack... This morning, when I woke up, I didn't have an erection, which is very wierd for me... I'm now having issues maintaining an erection... Also, I have a slight burning sensation in my urethra. What's going wrong, I will also tell you, I'm under 18...Thanks in advance...

Quick Update : Burning Sensation Gone, I'm passing urine with no pain. Nothing is wrong now, I just can't get an erection, is this normal?

Extremely eHealthy (online)
Not normal but not likely related to masturbation unless you injured your urethra somehow. If you aren't feeling discomfort or noticing other side effects, give it a few days. The penis can be a bit fickle sometimes. If you don't get an erection in the next week definitely consult a health professional.
