hello anybody knows whats the interpretation of these one.."Left upper lobe, minimal pleural effusion vs. pleural thicknin , right cavitary both upper lobes?...my friend will not tell me the truth on what wrong with him...he just told me that he has spots on his lungs...pls help me...thank you
