Q: Problems focusing

i have ADD and it hasn't really proved to be too much a problem until recently. for periods of time such as approx. 2 weeks i can concentrate without problem, but suddenly i'll lapse into a period of where i just can't focus on homework or anything. i don't take meds or see therapists.
