I have been suffering from breathing problem for about 8 years. I feel like air is not going in my lungs. Inhaling & exhaling is not a smooth process for me.

I never smoked or drank. I have got myself tested from cardiologists/asthma specialists but they says there is no symptom of asthma and it's just in my mind that I think so.

Is there any possibility that some of my artery has got blocked or is there cough inside my lungs? If I talk more, I feel dryness in my throat and feel like phlegm in my chest.

Please suggest, would be indepted?

Best Regards

Are you drinking enough water? Sometime dehydration can cause Shortness of breath and you sound like your airways are dry. Also Anemia can cause shortness of breath. Did you have your blood check for Anemia? I am sure the Doctor did a CBC test on you right? Also anxiety can cause your Shortness of Breath. what sort of tests did they run? Did they do a pulmonary function test on you?
