Okay so I will go to sleep at 10pm in order to be up at 5am. But I will always wake up in the middle of the night. For example ill wake up at 2am, ill be wide awake, and i go back to sleep, then 3am i wake up again, back to sleep, 4am then 4:30am I wake up. Its very exhausting and annoying. What could this be the cause of? People are always telling me it could be a possibility of stress and I need to take it slow. But honestly I dont feel stressed at all 24/7. I need sleep... Can other health conditions be a cause of it? I have hypothyroid which I have in control with meds, and I have a mitral valve prolapse with regurge, and a murmur (nothing big), other things that have been mentioned but not acknowledged just yet ( RNA, High Cholesterol, and bladder sphincter going haywire) Aside from that can anyone tell me why i feel like im falling apart....?

I am the same way. I just read two things that I will try- a high protein snack before bed, so blood sugar levels don't drop, vit B12 and keeping the room cool. Good luck.
