Q: Problem ejaculating during intercourse

I am a 23 year old male and have been sexually active for about 2 years. I've had intercourse with about 11 women and In every situation, I have not been able to climax/ejaculate, even during prolonged periods of sexual activity. However, when I masturbate, I have no problem climaxing, sometimes, being able to do so 3 to 4 times in a 24 hour period. Personally, I do not find this troubling. I do not want to have children yet and the women generally seem to be satisfied and I am satisfied too in certain respects just at the feat of intercourse.
However, in my current situation, my girlfriend feels that it his her fault that I am not climxing. She doesn't say it but I'm sure she is experiencing inadequacy issues at my failure to ejaculate. Do you think this is a medical/psychological problem that requires treatment? Are there any medications out there or stimulating substances that can aid me in this endeavor? Any help would be greatly aprreciated. Thank You

It could be a matter of reduced sensitivity
Coyoteboy23, You say that you masturbate and are able to come when you do. Do you masturbate often? How many times per day or week. I know from experience with the men in my life that there are times when too much mastrubation can cause the penis to not be as sensitive as it should be and thus requires more stronger, tighter grip stoking (aka jerking). I would suggest that you discuss this with your family doctor as there may be some treatment that can help restore your penis back to normal sensitivity.

As I say, I have seen, held and stroked penises that have taken a long time before ejaculation and many times the man has admitted to too much masturbation.

Hope this helps you.

Highly doubt its a masturbation issue, however, there are ways to increase the stimulation you receive during intercourse (Have problems climaxing during intercourse aswell). The position is probably the most important thing. If you are not very senstive, there are quite a few positions you can try that may help out. Missionary position with a pillow just under your partners lower back, with you being up higher may help, its what solved the problem for me. Just the different angle helped me get alot more stimulation. If this works, you can also use this to your advantage, starting in a position better for her, allow her to achieve orgasm (or many), and then change to a position better for you (Usually better if you are in control, or on top) and finish off that way.

It is Masturbation
As Wendy said, it is a simple fact, when your body is used to a tight hand (I assume with lube) then a vagina is not able to compete, plus since you are kind of young and I guess you have watched a good amount of porn and jerked off with that, this means your penis and mind are used to that kind of fantasy,
i experienced the same thing...
honestly, compared to this fantasy real sex can suck!!!!
(specially if you have a strong imagination and think of real images during jerk off or you watched porn every time you jerked off)

it just takes some time and by clearing your mind and coming to the real world you can make it to normal.

This is much more intense for women who jerked off long time before having any sex, it makes their body getting used to the fingers, they can not cum with out finger stimulation of the clit, and many men hate that kind of women, as a result relations do not work well.
