my father has a problem in breathing at night when sleeping and went to the doctor,a test is carried out and the result said he has sinus,and most ondergo an operation to correct this condition.
My question is that,what is this sinus all about and must one need operation to remove or stop this problem?please i need an answer cause i have no idea.
