Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Most common cause for missed periods is pregnancy. Chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out if you have been sexually active after last normal periods and if you are not on any regular birth control measures. If you do not start with periods within 10 days of expected period dates or if you develop any new symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy, or if you get abnormal periods, consider getting thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). If pregnancy gets ruled out, go ahead with getting complete hormonal analysis, ultrasound scan and blood work-up done to look for any other underlying cause. Treatment as appropriate would be started (based on examination and investigation results) to help you in getting back periods and regulating them.
Take care.
