Before I ask my doctor this and get the
defensive treatment again I thought I
would ask on here. At the moment I can't
get on the NHS list for an MRI as the pain
clinic said that there wasn't enough
clinical symptoms or something like that.
As I am back to taking days off sick from
work and back to losing sleep again I have
been thinking about paying for one. If
they think that there are no red flag
symptoms or that you don't need to have
one can you still pay for one or can you
not even get one done privately. I know
that sometimes nothing shows but if it did
at least my employer would know that I
have a genuine problem. Also I am worried
about it getting worse as it has been a
year and a half now.
Thanks in advance for your replies
Shania
