first of all i just want to make sure you know that the pull out method is a sure way to get your wife pregnant fast...you're playing with fire..this method does not work..there is sometimes sperm in the PRE ejaculate that can get her pregnant..so it wouldn't matter if you pulled out or not...anyway..to answer your question there are MANY forms of birth control you can look into...first there is the condom..just put it on right before sex, there is also a female condom that she would insert before sex..you can pair this with spermacide as a back up however i would NOT use spermacide alone bc it is not reliable enough..also do not use both the female and male condom at the same time...next there are many different forms of birth control, there is the pill which she would take orally everyday but if she isn't good at remembering then this may not be the best option..there is also the birth control patch which is put on the skin so that she doesn't have to remember to take the pill everyday..there are also shots you can get such as the depo which protect from pregnancy for up to 3 months i believe(however many women have complained of weight gain from this) there are also birth control implants you can put in which last 3-5 years if you aren't interested in having a child..and lastly the IUD,which also lasts a few years...there are MANY options..she needs to go to her gynocologist if shes interested in birth control which prevent ovulation..but if you just want a quick fix then just go buy a box of condoms..just make sure you use them ALL the time!
