Q: Preventing back pain ?

I have back pain after I finish my working hours. I am sitting all day because I am working as a programmer. I am wondering if there is some exercise that you can propose that I can do in order to prevent this from happening

Your question asks if there is a specific exercise that can be effective at correcting "computer posture".

There is an exercise that can be very effective for individuals who must sit all day. It is called the Prone Extension Exercise.
