Hello and welcome to e health forum.

It seems that you have the symptom of bloating. Bloating causes a person to feel a full and tight abdomen, which may cause abdominal pain, and sometimes accompanied by increased stomach growling as well as shortness of breath.

There are many causes of bloating, including: Improper diet, irritable bowel syndrome, lactose intolerance, reflux, and constipation, to name a few.

Some tips to relieve your symptoms include - taking a walk after eating a meal helps the stomach contents move into the intestines. Exercising also encourages activity in the bowels. In case those do not help, antacids (Mylanta, Tums, etc) and Activated charcoal tablets will help in relieving from the symptoms.

I hope this helps.
