Pressure on top of Head

Hello, I have a question about pressure on top of my head with no other symptoms. I went to the ER 2 months ago and the diagnosis was an upper respiratory infection and laryngitis. They gave me a steroid to take the swelling down in the larynyx but said the other symptoms would run their course. Soon after that I noticed pressure on top of my head. It feels like my head is in a bowl. I've tried Advil Cold and Sinus to no relief and now I've tried Allegra-D. Allegra seems to work for a few hours but then the symptoms comes back. The pressure doesn't hurt it's just noticeable. Any ideas?
