i just realized when i do a punching motion with my arm kinda a fast circular motion with my shoulder it makes me either take a breath a breath out not sure which just seems wierd to me maybe its normal. i dont think anything would be pushing on my lung? thanks

hey i have that too... if i hold my arms out to the side and spin my shoulders it forces air out of my mouth... i dont know what it is. but i think it's kinda funny. i wouldnt worry about it. are you super skinny too? that could be a cause.
