Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

If this is the blood pressure during the resting stage and not immediately after running then definitely it is on the higher side.Raised blood pressure on one or two occasions is fine but continuously increased BP requires attention and can have harmful effects on other organs like eyes, nerves, heart.ear etc.
It is very necessary that you get yourself properly examined and start the treatment if required.Kindly visit a Physician soon for evaluation.
