Q: pressure in left side of head

I had a very bad neck injury about twelve years ago and have always had headaches. For the past week I have had very sharp pains and pressure in the lower back part of my head that sometimes travels all the way up to my eye. There are tender spots also towards the base of my skull and behind my ear. I don't know if this is connected to my pain but I have also experienced two nose bleeds that have came on sudden in the last two days.
