Q: Pressure in left chest

Yesterday evening (sunday) I felt a very slight discomfort to the left of my left chest, I fainted a little bit and felt sick and threw up just once and I felt better... today I have a discomfort in my left chest area and an aching arm. It doesn't feel like its burning or crushing, just aching... or "pulling"

I am 17 years of age, I don't smoke, My family has no history of heart disease, I don't think I have any cholesterol or blood pressure problems. I don't have a shortage of breath.

I did have a 2 hour session of breakdancing on saturday, so I thought I just had a muscle cramp or such, but I have this very slight feeling of pressure in my left chest area so I posted here just to make sure.

Should I be worried and contact a doctor?
