Q: Pressure behind right eye

I was wondering if anybody has any info on this topic. I work in the retail industry and hit my head on a forklift some 3 months ago. I have had headaches from the hit, and know am getting pressure behind my right eye. I am wondering how long this will take to heal and if it will go away or if it's going to progress again to where I'm at the point of having sharp pain again as this what happened when the initial injury occurred. If any doctors can help answer this that would be great!
